Psychosomatics, field of research and holistic method of approach of the healthy and diseased man, together with the techniques and the physical and kinetics methods used in kinesiology actually represents a constant updating with the scientific multi and interdisciplinary arguments of the Hippocratic medical vision, according to the bio-psycho-social model completed by the ecological-existential side. These techniques and methods develop abilities of physical and psychological relaxation reducing the effects of stress which is a major risk factor for all diseases and disabilities.
